The Importance of Clear Glass
Modern commercial architecture relies heavily on glass to define the building’s look and regulate the internal environment. However, glass is not as smooth as it looks; on a microscopic level, it is porous. For facility managers, this means glass is highly susceptible to environmental damage. A dirty facade doesn't just look bad; it can permanently damage the glazing and reduce the quality of light inside.

Pollution and weather do more than just make windows dirty; they interact with the surface. If left untreated, these issues can lead to expensive restoration costs.
Permanent Etching: Pollution and carbon particles bond with the glass surface. When combined with rain, this causes mineral buildup (calcification). If left too long, this creates permanent 'etching' that standard cleaning cannot remove.
Reduced Light: Heavily soiled glass significantly reduces the intake of natural light. In offices, this impacts the internal atmosphere and staff wellbeing; in retail, it creates a dull appearance that makes the building look dormant or neglected.
Our Approach: Pure Water Technology
For high-level and commercial glazing, efficiency and safety are paramount. While traditional manual methods are effective at ground level, we utilise advanced De-ionised Pure Water Technology for complex elevations.
The Science of Pure Water: We filter tap water through a specialized system to remove all minerals and impurities. This creates ultra-pure water that acts like a magnet, actively absorbing dirt and particulates from the glass surface.
A Streak-Free Finish: Because the water is completely pure, it can be left to dry naturally. It evaporates without leaving mineral spots or streaks, ensuring a crystal-clear finish even on windows that are difficult to access.
Strategic Access We engineer the safest route to the glass face. Whether using water-fed pole systems (Reach & Wash) for mid-level work, or mobile work platforms for higher-level elevations, our priority is operational safety and total coverage.
