On-Site Assessment & Fixed Price Quote
We don't believe in guesstimates or hidden surprises. We visit every site in person before providing a final quote.
Why we visit: Every surface is different, and distinct surface contaminants require their own cleaning methods. By seeing the property first, we can properly identify the ideal methods for each job. Our site visits also allow us to identify access points, water sources, and potential issues (like fragile tiles or poor drainage) that a photo might miss.
The Proposal: You receive a transparent, fixed-price proposal. We explain exactly what we are cleaning, the method we will use, and the specific requirements for your site.
Site Safety & Protective Preparation
Preparation is the most critical part of our job. Before a single drop of water or cleaning solution touches your property, we secure the area to ensure the safety of your building, your landscaping, and the public.
Residential Care: We tape off sensitive electrical points, bag downpipes to prevent moss blockages, and pre-soak or cover nearby plants and lawns to protect them from cleaning runoff.
Commercial Compliance: For commercial sites, we provide full RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements), MSDS and COSSH documents. We ensure strict adherence to safety protocols to protect your staff and customers.
The Clean: We Don’t Just Wash - We Treat.
We use the right method for the material. We don't just blast everything with high pressure, which can damage some surfaces and spread debris.
Tailored Methods: We utilise Soft Washing (low pressure and specialist treatments) for delicate render, timber, and soft stone. Where the surface and contamination warrant we use High-Pressure Washing, such as on block paving and many patio stones.
Chemical Choice: We use professional-grade solutions to ensure an effective and long-lasting clean. Once the surface is clean, we can apply biocides and sealers to maintain the integrity of the surface and keep the property looking great for a long-time post-treatment. If you have specific environmental requirements, we stock high-performance eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning agents - just ask us during the consultation.
Post-Clean Review & Responsible Disposal
We never walk away until the job is finished. Our standard of care extends to the cleanup, ensuring we leave your property tidier than we found it.
Licensed Waste Removal: You don’t want to deal with the leftover mess from a deep clean, we are a licensed waste carrier. We legally remove and dispose of the moss, dirt and other debris generated during our operations.
The Handover: We conduct a final walk around in person, or you can choose to have a report included with your invoice. Our report includes all completed works and any necessary operational adjustments. Crucially, this includes a Vantage Point Inspection. Since we access areas of your property that are usually out of sight, we can flag previously unseen potential issues, giving you a complete picture of your property’s condition.
