The Virtual Survey: Optimised for private residences and streamlined commercial scopes, we utilise advanced satellite metrics and client provided photographs to deliver a comprehensive proposal within 24 hours.
On-Site Consultation: Tailored for large-scale commercial contracts and intricate restorative projects. However, we extend this service to any client requesting personal attendance, scheduled according to current diary availability.
Site Safety & Protective Preparation
We view preparation as the foundation of a successful project. Before any treatment commences, we systematically secure the environment to guarantee the integrity of your architecture, the preservation of your landscaping, and the safety of the public.
Residential Stewardship: We implement a rigorous protection protocol for private homes. This includes isolating vulnerable electrical fixtures, protecting drainage systems to prevent blockage, and shielding (or pre-saturating) surrounding planting to negate any risk from cleaning runoff.
Commercial Compliance: We operate with absolute regulatory diligence. For commercial sites, we supply full Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) and COSHH assessments (including SDS sheets), ensuring a controlled environment that prioritises the welfare of your staff and clientele.
Refined Restoration & Surface Care
We approach cleaning as a form of restoration. Our technique is tailored to meet the specific needs of your property, ensuring the finish is not just clean, but cared for.
Bespoke Methodologies: We treat every surface with the respect it requires. For delicate finishes like render, timber, or soft stone, we utilise Soft Washing, a gentle, low-pressure technique that cleans without damage. For robust hardscapes like block paving or concrete, we employ precision pressure or steam cleaning to revive the stone’s natural character.
Lasting Protection: Our goal is an enduring finish. We apply professional-grade solutions to lift contaminants at the source, followed by protective treatments such as biocides or sealers, to preserve the material and keep your property looking pristine for years to come.
Conscious Choices: We are mindful of our environment. Should you prefer a purely ecological approach, we can curate your treatment plan using high-performance, fully biodegradable cleaning agents. Simply discuss your preference with us during your consultation.
Final Detail & Handover
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the cleaning itself. We take pride in the standard of service we offer, ensuring that the immediate environment around your property is respected during the course of works, and left in pristine condition before we depart.
Sustainable Site Clearance: We prioritise ecological disposal methods. Where appropriate, organic moss that has been removed can be redistributed into garden beds as a nutrient source or placed within on-site green waste receptacles. For non-organic residue or sites requiring full clearance, we are fully licensed waste carriers, ensuring that all debris is removed and disposed of legally and responsibly.
The Handover & Vantage Point Inspection: Upon completion, we invite you to a final walkthrough to ensure our standards meet your expectations. Alternatively, we can provide a detailed digital report alongside your invoice. Crucially, this includes our Vantage Point Inspection; by accessing high-level or obscured areas of your property, we can identify structural anomalies typically out of sight, providing you with a holistic view of your property’s health.
